The Schedule section keeps your entire team aligned on upcoming games and practices — all in one place.
Adding Events
Tap the + button to add a new event. Choose between a Game or a Practice, then fill in the date, time, location, and any notes you want the team to see.
Copying Events
Expand a previous event, and at the bottom you will see a Copy button. This allows you to take an existing event, copy it, and change only those details that need to change, such as date, time, opponent name, etc.
Practice Events
Practice events support an activity agenda — break your practice into timed segments (warm-up, drills, scrimmage) so your staff stays on track.
Fan Visibility
Fans and family members with access to your team can view the schedule. This keeps everyone informed about game locations and times without needing a separate communication channel.
