Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You may invite assistant coaches, players, and family members to access your team through invite links or codes; you are responsible for managing these invitations and the access they grant.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Enter false, misleading, or harmful information about players or teams.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through team chat or any Service feature.
• Attempt to access another team's data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers supporting it.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including playbooks, rosters, schedules, stats, and messages ("Content"). You grant GameDay FF a license to host, store, and display your Content as needed to operate the Service for you and your invited team members. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit all Content, including any personal information about players.

The Service offers a free Basic tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the app store where you purchased it (Apple App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law or app store policy.

The Service, including its design, features, and software, is owned by GameDay FF and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the GameDay FF name, logo, or trademarks except as displayed within the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stats or analytics will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying game data and stats before relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameDay FF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold GameDay FF harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your Content or your violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction where GameDay FF is established.
